Tina Videtic, FNP-BC
Founder & Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Tina founded Top Beauty Bar out of a deep passion for aesthetic medicine and a belief that everyone deserves to feel beautiful in their own skin. As a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she personally performs all client assessments and treatments — bringing clinical expertise and an artistic eye to every appointment.
Missi Kordus, RN
Registered Nurse
Missi brings over 15 years of clinical experience to Top Beauty Bar. A Marian University nursing graduate, she has worked in internal medicine, ICU, GI/Endoscopy, vaccine administration, and substance use disorder treatment. Her priority is always a safe, comfortable, and positive experience — helping each client confidently achieve their aesthetic goals. Outside the clinic, she cheers on her kids at football, baseball, and dance, and unwinds with cooking, reading, and a good cup of coffee.
Kelly Schmidt, RN

Kelly combines compassion and precision to deliver exceptional aesthetic care. She is committed to ensuring every client feels safe and comfortable throughout their treatment, and is passionate about helping each person achieve their unique beauty goals. Kelly brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction and is thrilled to be part of the Top Beauty Bar team.
Sara Knecht, RN

Sara's journey into aesthetics was shaped by her own experience with breast cancer, which led her to discover the profound impact that self-care treatments can have on confidence and well-being. Now she channels that personal insight into every client interaction — specializing in Botox, wellness injections, weight loss programs, body toning, Morpheus8, and chemical peels. Sara is known for her precision, compassion, and her ability to make every client feel seen and valued.
Kayla Spatt, RN
Nurse Injector
Kayla's registered nursing background and genuine passion for aesthetics make her a natural fit at Top Beauty Bar. She approaches every client relationship with personalized care and a commitment to improving skin health and self-confidence. Outside the spa, Kayla stays active with CrossFit and enjoys life with her dog. She is currently welcoming new clients and looks forward to helping you put your best face forward.
